Shipping Policy

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

  • Order Cut-off: Your order will be sent within 1-3 business days. Please note that if our team is on holiday (dates announced on our homepage), shipping might be delayed.

  • Shipping Carrier: We use PostNL for all our shipments.

  • Shipping Times of Shipping Carrier:

    • Netherlands: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

    • Europe: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.

    • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control such as postal service delays.

Shipping Fees:

  • Netherlands: €5 (Free shipping for orders over €30)

  • Europe: €20 (Free shipping for orders over €150)

  • United Kingdom: €20 (Free shipping for orders over €150)

Returns Policy

We adhere to Dutch consumer protection laws, offering a 14-day cooling-off period for all online purchases. This means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please send an email to cozistudio.nl@gmail.com. We will then provide you with return shipping information. Return costs are buyer’s responsibility. We will deduct this amount from the refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

Damages

Please check your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if there is any damage, defect, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. For any concerns, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If it’s approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
