Our product range includes handmade and delicate items like glass evil eye decorations, ceramic mugs, candles, socks, and textiles like towels and blankets. Please handle fragile items like glass and ceramics with care. Cozi Studio cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by improper handling after delivery.

Fragile Items Disclaimer:

• If your order contains glass or ceramic items, please take caution when unwrapping and handling.

• In case of breakage after receipt, we cannot take responsibility for replacing or refunding the item.

• However, if you receive the item damaged, see our returns policy below.

 

3. Orders & Payment

Orders placed via the website are processed and shipped within the time frames specified in the product description. Payment is accepted via standard methods such as iDEAL, credit card, or other applicable platforms. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable, or in cases of pricing errors or fraud suspicion.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Damaged Items:

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
